We are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented Sales & Customer Service Supervisor with experience in team management. This role is essential to ensure an exceptional customer experience and the smooth operation of the store.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Direct and personalized customer service, via phone and email.

  • Handling inquiries, sales, quotes, and payment follow-ups.

  • Processing product and service payments, issuing invoices and receipts.

  • Coordinating and motivating the sales team, promoting a collaborative work environment.

  • Resolving complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Planning and controlling the daily tasks of the team.

  • Managing product inventories for sale and maintaining the store’s corporate image.

Key Skills and Abilities for this position:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Sales and Customer Service, preferably in the retail or automotive sector.

  • Solid knowledge of Spanish and English.

  • Demonstrable ability in supervising and motivating work teams.

  • Experience in handling billing systems and inventory management.

  • Training in sales, administration, or related areas.

  • Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies.

  • Experience in managing after-sales and customer service.
